MOVERS EPM
The state chose Oracle EPM Cloud because of its ability to replicate the current budget process and comply with related state and federal laws. Some steps may change with the new system, but the work you are currently responsible for within the budget process will inform your access and workflow in the new system.
Within MOVERS EPM this application is used for the appropriation budgeting process. It is where Core changes are made, and New Decision Items are added to budgets.
This application within MOVERS EPM is used for forecasts and projections using historical and driver-based information to estimate future expenses.
This application within MOVERS EPM is used to generate department and executive budget books using Report Packages.
This application is used to centrally maintain dimension hierarchies through a request process. Budget users will request COA changes through EDM.

The MOVERS Capital Improvements Budget Request (CIBR) application that is used to process Capital Improvement requests.
MOVERS ERP
MOVERS Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is the State of Missouri’s official finance system of record and is used to manage day-to-day business activities such as accounting, procurement, project management, risk management and compliance, and supply chain operations.
As of May 2024, the state began its transition to MissouriBUYS, powered by MOVERS, opening a new Self-Service Supplier Registration Portal.
MOVERS HCM
Welcome to Human Capital Management (HCM) for MOVERS! MOVERS Learn integration with MOVERS HCM provides a seamless experience for State team members using various parts of the MOVERS system, and went live for State of Missouri team members on July 23, 2024! Additional MOVERS HCM features will be coming soon.
