Absence Management

Absence Management enables agencies to monitor leave, absences, and accrual rules and usage. It applies state policies to determine eligibility for several types of absences. This module has the ability to track documentation and alert administrators of upcoming due dates.

Talent Management

Talent Management monitors performance, skills, and employee growth, supporting evaluations and documentation of results in a centralized platform.

Payroll

Payroll ensures employees are accurately and promptly paid, adhering to federal, state, and local laws/policies. Payroll also integrates with the financial system to account for the cost distribution of thirdparty payments and employee earnings.
