Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Consultant specifications development and Request for Proposal (RFP) development began.

September 25, 2018
ERP Consultant RFP was issued. Twenty-eight requirements revisions were made through six addendums, an attachment to a contract that modifies the terms and conditions of the original contract. 

December 3, 2018
ERP Consultant RFP closes, with 7 responses received. One Best and Final Offer (BAFO) was issued to address compliance issues and make 11 requirement revisions to the RFP.

April 17, 2019
ERP Consultant RFP awarded to International Consulting Acquisition Corp. (ISG Public Sector).

May 2, 2019
Specification development for the ERP System RFP began once protest period for ERP Consult RFP award was complete. During the specification development process, it was decided to do two RFPs. The first RFP would be for the ERP system. After the award of the ERP system contract, a second RFP would be issued for the system integrator to implement the ERP system.

November 15, 2019
The Division of Purchasing received the department packet and began putting the ERP System RFP together.

January 17, 2020
ERP System RFP issued. One hundred sixteen requirement revisions were made through seven addendums.

April 15, 2020
ERP System RFP closed with 8 responses received. Demonstrations were conducted throughout the months of September and October 2020. 5 BAFOs issued to address compliance issues and made a total of 412 requirement revisions to the RFP.

January 18, 2022
ERP System RFP awarded to Mythics, Inc. for the Oracle Cloud ERP solution.

March 5, 2020
Specification development for ERP System Solution Implementation Services RFP began with a first draft being provided by ISG. ISG and the state’s team worked to finalize the ERP system implementation services specifications while evaluating the ERP system RFP.

February 8, 2022
The Division of Purchasing received department packet, which included a nearly finalized RFP, for the ERP System Solution Implementation Services RFP.

February 14, 2022
ERP System Solution Implementation Services RFP issued. 70 requirements revisions were made through three addendums.

April 11, 2022
ERP System Solution Implementation Services RFP closed with six responses received. One BAFO issued to address compliance issues and make a total of 73 requirement revisions to the RFP.

August 2, 2022
ERP System Solution Implementation Services RFP awarded to Accenture, LLP.

MOVERS project is launched. The Missouri (MO) Vital Enterprise Resource System (MOVERS) is the State of Missouri’s statewide initiative to implement and leverage Oracle Cloud’s ERP management system.
